This is just so messed up.

You can find some seriously messed up shit on the internet if you look hard enough- wait.. No.. actually, you don't even have to look that hard. Seriously? is this how bad America is getting now? in all honesty, if I saw this TRYING to enter the ladies room behind MY daughter- (if I had one) IT would be dead before ITS body hit the ground. no wonder children are so confused now. we set no real examples for them anymore, we, as a society have become so lost that we may never find our way back to any reasonable sense of reality.

Forever Shall it be My Truth

Since the beginning of its existence, it has moved us humans in remarkable ways, it has moved us to love, stirred our thoughts, it has crossed generations and joined us in ways that many never thought possible. It has brought both young and old together in laughter, through smiles and tears, reflected both joy and sadness in every life it has touched. It has broken down language barriers and spoke of Injustice, of love, sometimes of hate. Pure of spirit, often raw, always emotional. Invoking our spirit, Raising our voices to the highest mountain tops and to the lowest Valleys. Let it rock you, let it roll you, let it stir your soul. Music is a reflection of life. Life.. Is.. Music.. Rock on!

Miles Behind Me..

It seems I've spent three lifetimes walking down this road,
Never getting to where I'm going,
Never looking back at where I've been.
It's a hard road sometimes, lots of lessons, lots of potholes.
Sometimes I find myself drifting, sometimes I stumble,
Sometimes I fall, but I always get back up,
Dust myself off, keep on walking.
It's like life this road, you just keep putting one foot in front of the other,
Baby steps, but you keep moving, through hardship, through joy, through love and pain,
Through the light and into the dark and back out the other side.
You don't give up, no matter what, you just keep walkin'
because you have somewhere you need to be.
Me? yeah man, I'm still walkin' this road, one foot in front of the other,
Ten thousand miles behind me, and a million more to go.
But hey man, it a simple fact of life,
You can never really get anywhere without puttin' in the miles.

A Passing Thought.

It has occurred to me more than once that trying to really experience anything real on the internet is kind of like viewing life through a keyhole, you can see what's going on and you can interact with people to some degree, but sooner or later there will be the need for something more, and for anything real you will eventually have to open the door and step outside into the real world. Just thinking I suppose.
